<br />A letter from Deane R. Anklan, Ramsey County Engineer, RAMSEY COUNTY ROUTE-
<br />pertaining to bus transportation in the metropolitan RIDERSHIP IMPROVEMENT
<br />area, and asking for members to be appointed from the PROJECT
<br />Village, was read. Councilwoman Stocker was designated
<br />as a representative from the Council, and J. Wesley
<br />Nelson, 11102 W. Iowa, was designated as a representative
<br />of the citizens of the Village.
<br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, VARIANCE
<br />to approve the variance request of Phyllis A. Lewis, 1l~23 W. IOWA
<br />11123 W. Iowa Avenue, for a double garage with a three
<br />foot set back replacing a single garage, subject to the
<br />approval of the Falcon Heights Planning Commission.
<br />Motion carried.
<br />Engineer Lemberg reported that he has finished the
<br />required Municipal State Aid traffic count survey, and
<br />that it has been accepted by the State Highway Depart-
<br />ment.
<br />Engineer Lemberg reported on a Federal Safety Program,
<br />itiated by the Federal government, completely funded by
<br />the Federal government, which would allow the Village
<br />to inspect all the signs within. the Village and replace
<br />any that are damaged.
<br />Councilman Stone moved, seconded Councilman Ecklund, to
<br />approve the general payroll in the amount of $,2,57~~~.3,
<br />for the second half of April, 1973. Motion carried.

<br />to approve the general disbursements in the amount of
<br />$18,637.50, for the second half of April, 1973. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Black, LIQUOR PAYROLL 1
<br />to approve the liquor payroll in the amount of $"~3p,S~,
<br />for the second half of April, 1973. Motion carried.
<br />Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Black, LIQUOR PAYROLL 2
<br />to approve the liquor payroll in the amount of $1,277.1,
<br />for the second half of April, 1973. Motion carried.
<br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, LIQUOR DISBURSEMENTS
<br />to approve the liquor disbursements in the amount of
<br />$7,68l~.90, for the second half of April, 1973. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />Councilman Stone moved, seconded by Councilman Black, to SINKING FUNDS
<br />approve the sinking funds in the amount of $5.50, for the
<br />second half of April, 1973. Motion carried.
