Also present were Clerk-Administrator <br />Barnes, Engineer Lemberg, and Attorney Galvin. <br />Councilman Ecklund absent due to being in the hospital, ABSEi~TT <br />and Attorney Kenefick who is recovering from illness. <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, I~TINUTES <br />to approve the minutes of the meeting of May l0, 1973. <br />NTotion carried. <br />Councilwoman Stocker moved, seconded by Councilman Black, CIGARETTE LICEDISE RENEWALS <br />to approve the following cigarette license renewals run- <br />ning from July 1, 1973 to June 30, 1971, as follows: <br />Agnes G. Dunkin - State Fair Grounds <br />Applebatuns' Food r".arket <br />Herb's Union 76 <br />Borgstrom Pharmacy <br />James Segal - State Fair Grounds <br />Falcon Heights Pharmacy <br />Pizza Hut <br />P~~otion unanimously carried . <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman Stone, GASOLINE FILLING STATION <br />to approve the application for a license to operate a LICENSE REA]EWAL - GTA <br />Gasoline Filling Station, running from July 1, 1973 to <br />June 30, 1971, for the Farmers Union Grain Terminal <br />Association. Motion unanimously carried. <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, MA STER GAS INSTALLERS <br />to approve the applications for Master Gas Installers LICEDISE RENEWALS - <br />Licenses submitted by Rose Plumbing and Heating, 1125 ROSE PLUMBING <br />W. County Road B, Roseville, TZinnesota, and Northwestern NORTHWESTERN HEATING, INC. <br />Heating, Inc., 2296 Territorial Road, St. Paul, Minneso- <br />ta. P~~otion unanimously carried. <br />Councilwoman Stocker moved, seconded by Councilman Stone, NON-INTOXICATIAIG P'IALT <br />to approve the application for a Trion-Intoxicating Malt LIQUOR LIOENSE RENEI^1AL <br />Liquor license renewal submitted by Applebatm~-s' Food APPLEBAUI'4S' FOOD MARKET <br />Market. Piotion unanimously carried. <br />Mrs. Harold J. Kurtz, 1805 r~r. Fairview Avenue, was present FAIRVIEGJ AVEPNE SPEED <br />to hear the results of the traffic survey on Fairview LIMIT SiIRVEY RESiTLTS <br />Avenue. This survey was ordered after a petition was <br />submitted to the Council by the Fairview Avenue residents, <br />requesting that the speed limit be reduced from 1t0 to <br />30 miles per hour. The Council requested that Ramsey <br />County conduct a survey upon recommendation of th e ` <br />Village Engineer. <br />
