Engineer Lemberg read the results of the survey and ex- 4 plained how the survey was taken, and what the speed limit is actually based on. He stated that due to th e results of the survey, Ramsey County is not considering lowering the speed limit. He also stated that the average speed limit of traffic traveling along Fairview Avenue on a given day was less than 1~0 miles per hour. Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman Stone, to VARIANCE - 1910 ASBURY allow a variance, submitted by Gerald T. La11a, 1910 GERALD T. LALLA Asbury Avenue, for a driveway sixteen feet in width, running north from his house at said address, with the limitation that the sixteen feet width can extend no more than a distance of five feet south of the traveled portion of Roselawn, upon the recommendation of the Falcon Heights Planning Commission, and subject to the approval of the Ramsey County Highway Department.
