Acting PTayor Stone, Councilmen Black and Ecklund, and PRESETdT Councilwoman Stocker. Also present were Engineer Lemberg and Attorne;r Kenefick. T•"ayor Warkentien and Clerk Administrator Barnes, who ABSE",TT are on vacation. Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, I4~IAITJ'I'ES to approve the minutes of the meeting of June 2~, 1973, as corrected. Iiotion carried. Councilman Ecklund moved, seconded by Councilman Black, CIGARETTE LICENSE REP,rETr1ALS to approve the following Cigarette License renewals for the period of July 1, 1973 to June 30, 1971, as follows Charles J. Vo1in -State Fair Grounds Tierrill R. Kurrelmeier DBA Tom Thumb Superette Pioneer Distributing Co., for Flameburger Restaurant P•~otion unanimously carried. Councilwoman Stocker moved, seconded by Councilman Black, I;A.STER GAS IT•1STALLER'S to approve the I•Zaster Gas Installer's License renewals LICETISE REPTEWALS for the period of Jtz1y 1, 1973 to June 30, l~?71~, as follows: Paiz1 Falz Company, 3~.5 Atwater Street, St. Paul Standard Heating & Air Oonditioning, I~10 Lake Street P~'inneapolis T•?otion unanimously carried. Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman Ecklund, TTON-I"TTOXICATING T/TALT to approve the following ?Ton-Intoxicating Malt Liquor LIQUOR LICETTSE RETTEGlALS Licenses for the period of July 1, 1973 to June 30, 1971, as follows: Pizza Hut, 1650 !uT.
