This item will be brought up at the Board of <br />Regents meeting of August 10, 1973, for final approval. <br />Councilman Stone stated that he has received complaints TRAFFIC FLOW PROBLEM AT <br />from several residents concerning the traffic flow out GTA <br />of the Farmers Union Grain Terminal Parking lot. They <br />felt it was unfair for the special deputy stationed on <br />Larpenteur Avenue to stop the traffic on Larpenteur to <br />allow one car coming off the parking ramp onto Lar- <br />penteur. <br />Councilman Stone stated that he would contact Mr. Lowell <br />Hargens regarding the traffic flow problem. <br />Fire report number 32 was noted. FIRE REPORT <br />Engineer Lemberg reported that T. A. Schifsky and Sons SEAL COATING <br />will try to finish as much of the seal coating project <br />before the fair, as possible. <br />Councilman Ecklund moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, ADJUSTMENT OF VILLAGE CASH <br />to authorize Clerk-Administrator Barnes to adjust the BALANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />Village Treasury cash balance in the amount of $25.00 $25.00 <br />for a bad check issued by R. K. Hendrickson, as reports <br />are that Mr. Hendrickson is deceased. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Stone moved, seconded by Councilman Ecklund, <br />to approve the general payroll for the first half of <br />August, 1973, in the amount of $3,651.23. Motion <br />carried. <br />Councilman Ecklund moved, seconded by Councilman Black, <br />to approve the general disbursements for the first half <br />of August, 1973, in the amount of $3,096.16. Motion <br />carried. <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, <br />to approve the liquor payroll for the first half of <br />August, 1973, in the amount of $1,293.80.
