~~ s~ 1 Clerk Administrator Barnes stated that he had attended OSHA MEETING the OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) meeting and that he is presently drawing up safety rules and regulations for employees of the Village. Fire reports numbers 33 and 31~ were noted. FIRE REPORTS 1 The Sh eriff~s report for July, 1973, was noted. Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Ecklund, that the dues for the Falcon Heights Human Rights Commission membership in the League of Minnesota Human Rights in the amount of $12.00, for the year 1973-197., be paid. Upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black and Ecklund, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against the same: Councilman Stone. Motion carried. SHERIFF~5 REPORT HUMAN RIGHTS DUES Councilman Ecklund moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, GENERAL PAYROLL to approve the general payroll for the second half of August, 1973, in the amount of $2,909.08. Motion carried. Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, GENERAL DISBURSEMENTS to approve the general disbursements for the second half of August, 1973, in the amount of $16,611.61. Motion carried. Councilwoman Stocker moved, seconded by Councilman Black, LIQUOR PAYROLL to approve the liquor payroll for the second half of August, 1973, in the amount of $1,285.05. Motion carried. Councilman Black moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, LIQUOR DISBURSEMENTS to approve the liquor disbursements for the second half of August, 1973, in the amount of $13,t~55.19. Motion carried.
