<br />that Assistant Chief's Bob Luey and Henry Dachtera, of CONVENTION
<br />the Fire Department attend the State Fire Chief's Con-
<br />vention on October 13, 11~ and 15, in Minneapolis, with
<br />per diem and registration fees in the amount of $200.00,
<br />paid by the Village of Falcon Heights. Motion carried.
<br />Clerk-Administrator Barnes was directed to set up a BUSINESS MEETING WITH
<br />meeting between Harvey Cohen, owner of the business HARVEY COHEN
<br />property at the corner of Larpenteur and Snelling,
<br />the Village Council and the tenants of the building.
<br />Clerk-Administrator Barnes was authorized to have the PAINT THE "NO PARKING" ZOP1E
<br />maintenance men paint the "No Parking" zone in front AND FIRE HYDRANTS
<br />of the liquor store, yellow. He was also authorized
<br />to look into the procuring of paint for painting the
<br />fire hydrants in the Village yellow.

<br />that the general payroll for the first half of September,
<br />1973, in the amount of $3,338.23, be approved. Motion

<br />that Attorney Kenefick draft an ordinance to cover the
<br />licensing of mobile vehicles, itinerant merchants and
<br />street corner peddlers, to be submitted to the Council
<br />at the meeting of September 27, 1973. Motion carried.
