Councilman Stone moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, <br />to approve an increase of $.15 per hour for the rick <br />attendants which would make their hourly pay $1.50. <br />Motion unanimously carried. <br />RINK ATTENDANTtS SALARY <br />Councilwoman Stocker moved, seconded by Councilman Black, CORPORATE LICENSE <br />that the request for a general com orate license to sell UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST <br />Christmas trees at the Falcon Heights United Church of <br />Christ, 1795 Holton Avenue, be granted. Motion carried. <br />Discussion was held concerning the MTC boarding areas MTC BOARDING AREAS <br />in the Village of Falcon Heights. Suggestions were made <br />as to the placement of boarding area and heated bus stops <br />in the Village and a suggestion was made that the ser- <br />vice be extended to Cleveland Avenue. Clerk-Administrator <br />Barnes was authorized to contact the NiPC and discuss <br />the possibilities of the above. <br />The recreation report from the meeting of November 13, RECREATION REPORT <br />1973, was noted. <br />Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, RECREATIONAL LIGHT FOR <br />that the Village purchase a light for the skating rink UNIVERSITY GROVE <br />at University Grove in the amount of $375.00, to come <br />from the Recreation Permanent Improvement Fund. Upon <br />a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilman Black, and <br />Councilwoman Stocker, and the following voted against <br />the same: Councilmen Ecklund and Stone. Motion carried. <br />Fire reports !tli., 46, 1~7, and !~8 were noted. FIRE REPORTS <br />The Sheriffs report for October, 1973, was noted. SHERIF'F~S REPORT <br />Attorney Kenefick presented a copy of the conviction ORDER TO APPEAR - <br />of Richard A. Wybierala, President of Poor Richards, POOR RICHARDS, INC. <br />Inc., which firm is license in the Village of Falcon <br />Heights for refuse hauling. The Council requested <br />Attorney Kenefick to write to Mr. Wybierala notifying <br />him to appear at the meeting of December 13, 1973, in <br />the matter of the license suspension or revocation of <br />his company. <br />Councilman Stone moved, seconded by Councilman Ecklund, GENERAL PAYROLL <br />to approve the general payroll for the second half of <br />November, 1973, in the amount of $2,916.0l~. Motion <br />carried. <br />Councilwoman Stocker moved, seconded by Councilman Black, GENERAL DISBURSEMENTS <br />to approve the general disbursements for the second half <br />of November, 1973, in the .amount of $15,169.02. Motion <br />carried. <br />.Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Black, LIQUOR PAYROLL <br />to approve the liquor payroll for the second half of <br />November, 1973, in the amount of $1,1~1t3.87. Motion <br />carried. <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, LIQUOR DISBURSEI~NTS <br />to approve the liquor disbursements for the second half <br />of November, 1973, in the amount of $17,118.02.
