1 O1 <br />1 <br />Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, GENERAL CORPORATE LICENSE <br />to approve the general corporate license for Vets Tree VETS TREE SERVICE <br />Service, 1b51 E. Old Shakopee Road, for the trimming of <br />trees in the Village of Falcon Heights, said license to <br />expire on June 30, 197l~. Motion carried. <br />Attorney Kenefick was authorized to gather materials for <br />the proposed ordinance pertaining to "On-Sale" liquor <br />licenses. <br />Councilwoman Stocker introduced the following Resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />"ON-SALE" LIQUOR ORDINANCE <br />RESOLUTION - ROUTE <br />RIDERSHIP PROGRAM <br />RESOLUTION 73-37 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMNIENDATION5 OF THE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY ROUTE RIDERSHIP Il~'ROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />REGARDING FALCON HEIGHTS' TRANSIT SERVICE <br />Mayor Warkentien seconded the foregoing Resolution, <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Ecklund, and Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Motion carried. <br />Fire reports numbers 1t9 and 50 were noted. <br />Councilwoman Stocker reported that she had attended <br />a meeting of the Recreation Community Advisory Committee <br />and that they would like to attend a meeting of the <br />Falcon Heights Village Council to explain their <br />concepts and programs. The Clerk-Administrator was <br />authorized to write to the committee and ask that they <br />appesir at the January 10, 1971, meeting . <br />Councilwoman Stocker introduced the following Resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 73-38 <br />A RESOLUTION TO THE COMMITTEE ON SPORTS AND CULTURAL <br />FACILITIES WHICH WAS CONDUCTING A HEARING ON THE <br />PROPOSED DOMED STADIUM <br />Mayor Warkentien seconded the foregoing Resolution and <br />anon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, <br />Ecklund, and Stone, and Councilwoman Stoeker, and the <br />following voted against the same: None. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Black introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption:. <br />RESOLUTION 73-39 <br />A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE REAPPORTIONMENT OF THE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONER DISTRICTS <br />FIRE REPORTS <br />RECREATION COMMUNITY <br />ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING <br />DOMED STADIUM <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING <br />REAPPORTIONMENT <br />
