lou <br />Councilman Black introduced the following Resolution and RESOLUTION - PARK BOND <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 73-31 <br />A RESOLUTION CANVASSING RETURNS OF ELECTION - REGARDING <br />THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR PARK IM- <br />PROVEMENT <br />Councilwoman Stocker seconded the foregoing Resolution <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen <br />Black, Ecklund, and Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker, and <br />the following voted against the same: None. Motion <br />carried. <br />Councilman Black introduced the following Resolution and RESOLUTION APPROVING MINUTES <br />moved its adoption: OF CANVASSING BOARD - PARK <br />REFERENDUM <br />RESOLUTION 73-35 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE CANVASSING <br />BOARD MEETING OF DECEMBER 6, 1973, DECLARING THE <br />PARK REFERENDUM DULY PASSED <br />Councilwoman Stocker seconded the foregoing Resolution <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, <br />Ecklund, and Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the <br />following voted against the same: None. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Black introduced the following Resolution and RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />moved its adoption: MINUTES OF CANVASSING <br />BOARD - SPLIT LIQUOR <br />RESOLUTION 73-36 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINUTES OF TAE CANVASSING <br />BOARD MEETING OF DECEMBER 6, 1973, DECLARING THE SPLIT <br />LIQUOR ISSUE DULY PASSED <br />Councilwoman Stocker seconded the foregoing Resolution <br />and upon a note being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, <br />Ecklund, and Stone, and Councilwoman Stocker, and the <br />following voted against the same: None. Motion carried. <br />Engineer Lemberg was authorized by the Council to begin PARK PLANS <br />final park preparartion plans. <br />The hearing on the possible revocation of the license HEARING ON LICENSE - <br />of Poor Richards, Inc., a refuse hauler, was continued POOR RICHARD~S, INC. <br />until the next meeting. <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman Stone, GENERAL CORPORATE LICENSE <br />that the general corporate license for Hermes Floral, HERMES FLORAL <br />2001 W. Larpenteur for the selling of Christmas Trees <br />at said address during the 1973 season, be approved. <br />Motion carried. <br />
