Motion carried. <br />Councilman Ecklund moved, seconded by Councilman Black, DESIGNATIONS FOR 1974 <br />that the firm of Briggs and Morgan be designated as the LEGAL FIRM <br />Legal Firm for the City of Falcon Heights for the year <br />19711. Motion carried. <br />Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Black, ENGINEERING FIRM <br />that the firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates <br />be designated as the City Consulting Engineering Firm <br />for the year 19711. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, <br />that the firm of Juran and Moody be designated as the <br />City Fiscal Consultant Agents for the City of Falcon <br />Heights for the year 1971. Motion carried. <br />Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Black, <br />that the designation of the Animal Control Service for <br />the City of Falcon Heights be deferred until the next <br />meeting. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman Ecklund, <br />that the Roseville edition of the Sun Newspax~ers be <br />designated as the official newspaper for the City of <br />Falcon Heights for the year 19711. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Steele introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #7I~-1 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE NORTH STAR STATE BANK OF <br />ROSEVILLE AS THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY OF THE GENERAL <br />AND SINKING FUNDS OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS FOR <br />THE YEAR 19 71~ <br />Councilman Black seconded the foregoing Resolution and <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, <br />Ecklund, and Steele, and the following voted against <br />the same: None.
