<br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilman Black, PLANNING COMMISSION APPOIPIT-
<br />to approve the appointments of the following to the MENTS
<br />Falcon Heights Planning Commission for a term of three
<br />years: Mr. George Plant, Mr. James I. Lammers, and
<br />Mr. Charles P. Stone, said terms to expire on December
<br />31, 1976. Motion carried.
<br />Councilman Ecklund moved, seconded by Councilman Black,
<br />that some recognition be given to Mrs. R. F. Berdie,
<br />who is resigning from the commission as a past member
<br />and secretary. Motion carried.
<br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien,
<br />to authorize Attorney Kenefick to draft an amendment
<br />to the ordinance pertaining to front yard parking
<br />allowing front yard parking from November 1, to March
<br />31, for residents with single driveways, allowing
<br />them to park parallel to the driveway, eight feet into
<br />the yard and on one side of the driveway. Upon a
<br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
<br />thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Ecklund and
<br />Steele, and the following voted against the s~rie:
