Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Black, LIQUOR PAYROLL 4 <br />to approve the liquor payroll for the second half of <br />December, 1973, in the amount of $117.99. Motion <br />carried. <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, <br />to approve the liquor disbursements for the second <br />half of December, 1973, in the amount of $2,828.63. <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman Ecklund, <br />to approve the general payroll for the first half of <br />January, 197?, in the amount of $3,311.08. Lammers, and <br />Mr. Charles P. Stone, said terms to expire on December <br />31, 1976. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Ecklund moved, seconded by Councilman Black, <br />that some recognition be given to Mrs. R. F. Berdie, <br />who is resigning from the commission as a past member <br />and secretary. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, <br />to authorize Attorney Kenefick to draft an amendment <br />to the ordinance pertaining to front yard parking <br />allowing front yard parking from November 1, to March <br />31, for residents with single driveways, allowing <br />them to park parallel to the driveway, eight feet into <br />the yard and on one side of the driveway. Upon a <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Ecklund and <br />Steele, and the following voted against the s~rie: <br />Councilman Black.
