~Gr~r -• <br />Councilman Steele and Attorney Kenefick reported that FIREMEN'S RELIEF ASSOCIATIOPJ <br />the bill on the Falcon Heights Firemen's Relief <br />Association had passed committee, with an amendment <br />authorizing a maximum of $600.00 in benefits as <br />opposed to the $1,000.00 requested by the Falcon <br />Heights Firemen's Relief Association.. <br />Engineer Lemberg presented the Council with copies MSA REPORT <br />of their 197. Municipal State Aid Status Report and <br />requested that a date be set for discussion of this <br />topic in the near future. <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, GENERAL PAYROLL <br />to approve the general payroll in the amount of $3,1G67.2~., <br />for the second half of February, 197.. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, GENERAL DISBURSEMENTS <br />to approve the general disbursements in the amount of <br />$15,690.91, for the second half of February, 197. <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilwoman Stocker moved, seconded by Mayor 7rdarkentien, LIQUOR PAYROLL <br />to approve the liquor payroll in the amount of $1,361.72, <br />for the second half of February, 197l~. hSotion carried. <br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, to LIQUOR DISBURSEMENTS <br />approve the liquor disbursements in the amount of <br />$10,1t21a.69, for the second half of February, 197l~. Motion <br />carried. <br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION <br />to approve the application form for an "On-Sale" .liquor <br />license as written by the Clerk Administrator. Upon a <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Councilmen Black and Steele, and Councilor oman <br />Stocker. Mayor Warkentien voted against the same on th e <br />grounds that he did not feel that the Council needed to <br />approve the form of the license and termed it an admin- <br />istrative procedure as set forth in the "On-Sale" liquor <br />ordinance. <br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilwoman Stocker, ADJOURNMENT <br />to ad3ourn the meeting at 11:15 P.M.
