Motion unanimously carried. Clerk-Administrator Barnes presented the investigative LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION report by the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department of the LIDO CAFE Lido Cafe, 1611 ZJ. Both investigative reports indicated that none of the parties in interest had any violations involving the liquor, or any record of crime. Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Steele, ISSUAPdCE OF LIQUOR LICENSE to approve the "On-Sale" Liquor License Application by LIDO CAFE -LICENSE #1 the Lido Cafe, 1611 W. Larpenteur Avenue. Motion unanimously carried.
