Attorney Kenefick presented the fire contracts between FIRE COPITRACTS - U OF M the City of St. Paul and the Fairgrounds, and University & FAIRGROUND S of Minnesota including Commonwealth Terrace and the University Grove, as requested by the Council. Said contracts are on file in the Clerk's office. According to the contracts, the City of St. Paul has been engaged by the Minnesota State Fair Board, and the University of Minnesota to provide fire protection for the-above areas. Clerk Administrator Barnes Vras directed to secure copies of the policing and rescue contracts from the University and the Fairgrounds.
