86 <br />Mr. Anklan was also present to discuss the Councils <br />request to have the speed 1im3.t on Fairview Avenue <br />between Larpenteur and Roselawn Avenues, lowered <br />from forty to thirty miles per hour. Mr. Anklan <br />stated that the County did send the request to the <br />Ramsey County Board of Commissioners with the <br />recommendation that a survey be made to include <br />Fairview Avenue from Laxpenteur to County Road B2, <br />since the last survey was made just after the <br />opening of the Rosedale Shopping Center and the <br />improvements and rerouting of Highway 36 and <br />upgrading of County Road B2. <br />Councilman Labalestra moved, seconded by Councilman <br />Black, that stop signs be placed on the north and south, <br />east bound alleys on Hollywood Court, as per the <br />recommendation of the City Engineer.
