Motion <br />carried. <br />Councilman Labalestra moved, seconded by Councilman Steele, LIQUOR DI SBURSEMENTS <br />to approve the liquor disbursements for the first half of <br />October, 197u, in the amount of $15,972.70. FIRF REPORTS <br />$8' <br />Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Steele, PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL <br />to direct Clerk-Administrator Barnes to publish the STATEMENT <br />1973 Financial Statement in the Roseville Sun <br />Newspaper. Motion carried. <br />A letter from NBC News, New York, requesting permission NBC NEWS REQUEST <br />to poll voters of precinct two on election day, was <br />read. It was the Council's feeling that this would be <br />disrupting to precinct number one and it directed <br />Clerk-Administrator Barnes to write to NBC News and <br />inform then they could notpoll precinct two, but <br />would be allowed to poll precinct three if they so <br />desire. <br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by <br />to adjourn the meeting at 12:21 A.M. <br />Attest: <br />Councilman alestra, ADJ <br />Moti arried. <br />WILLIS C.
