Clerk-Administrator Barnes was directed to advise Attorney rlosio of the requirements of Ordinance No. 69. Councilman Black motioned, seconded by Councilman Ecklund, to PLANNED UNIT set up a public hearing by the Planning Commission on December DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS 3, 1974 at 7:30 p.m., and a public hearing before the Council PUBLIC HEARINGS on December 12, 1974 at 8:00 p.m. to consider amending Ordinance No. 64 to include a section relating to Planned Development Districts. 2~otion carried. Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilman Labalestra, POLICE CONTRACT to authorize Clerk-Administrator Barnes to execute the Police FOR 1975 Contract for 1975. Motion carried. Mayor Glarkentien motioned, seconded by Councilman Labalestra, GEORGE M. HANSEN CO. to authorize the George M. Hansen Company to conduct the 1974 AS AUDITING FIRr~4 audit of the General, Sanitary Sewer, and Sinking Funds. Z~otion carried. Councilman Black introduced the following ordinance and moved SUNDAY LIQUOR its adoption: ORDINANCE N0. 137 ORDINANCE N0. 137 n AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND LICENSING THE SALE AND CONSUMPTION OF INTOXICATING LIQUORS IN CERTAIN ESTABLISHP~IENTS ON SUNDAYS. Mayor Warkentien seconded the foregoing ordinance, and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor; Mayor t~arkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, and Steele. The following abstained: Councilman Labalestra. Motion carried. The City of St. Paul's request for the City of Falcon Heights to particip~xte in NSP's "Electric and Gas Rate Study Service'' was discussed. The date and the location of a meeting to be held at the St. Paul Hotel on November 13, 1974 at 10:00 a.m. was noted, however; it was decided that there was not enough information available at this time on the subject as far as cost to the City of Falcon heights for such a study, and Clerk- Administrator Barnes was directed to make an inquiry of the League of Minnesota Municipalities to estimate cost.
