No further action was taken. <br />Councilman Ecklund asked to be excused at 10;00 a.m. to attend <br />a meeting at the St. Paul Hilton in regard to NSP Electricity Pate <br />Study Service. <br />Councilman Labalestra submitted two proposals for auditing and <br />liquor monthly financial reporting and reviewed in detail each <br />firms' proposal. The following were submitted for considerations <br />which are on file in the Clerk-Administrators office: <br />a. Profit Control (David Nistler, I•ianager), 2233 North IIamline <br />Avenue, Suite 106, St. Paul, Minnesota for an 480.00 a month <br />fee with a minimum of w25.00 for set up purposes, which would <br />not include journalizing. <br />b. Ralph Z. Yellen and Company, 6950 Wayzata Blvd., Suite 402, <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota for X200.00 per month which would <br />include journalizing. <br />After a short discussion, it was felt that what the Council was AUDITING FIRM <br />determined to accomplish was more fully covered in proposal "b." FOR r1UNICIPAL <br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilman Black, to contract LIQUOR STORE <br />Ralph Z. Yellen and Company to do the accounting and set up for the FOP. YEAR 1975 <br />Municipal Liquor Store for 1975. Upon a vote being taicen, the <br />following voted in favor: P~layor ti~arkentien, Councilmen Black <br />and Steele.
