Larson: Minneapolis was read in which she complainedabout <br /> receiving a ticket for an infraction she did not commit <br /> and also accusing the arresting officer of being very <br /> rude. It was agreed that a letter should be written to <br /> the party explaining that we have Ramsey County Sheriff <br /> as patrolman and that her letter will be referred there. <br />Barbara Black: The Clerk reported that Barbara Black of the Mayoras <br /> Office said there will be a meeting June 29 from <br /> 8x45 to 12x30 at St. Paul Arts and Science Building. <br />Requirements for A letter was read from Douglas M. Head, attorney general, <br />Peace Officers: .enclosing recommended standards for recruitment of <br /> peace officers. <br />Parks Plan for A letter was read from Bernard L. Avery enclosing four <br />Sewer Agreements copies of Sewer Service Agreement between the City of <br /> Saint Paul and the Village of Falcon Heights. <br />Proposed Car Wash ~ Black introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />1350 West Larpenteur adoptions <br />Falcon 031 Companys <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the matter set <br /> forth in the resolution pertaining to the request fora <br /> conditional use permit by Falcon Oil Company 1350 West <br /> Larpenteur Avenue, as contained in the minutes of the <br /> , <br />regular meeting of June 11, 1968 and has further <br /> considered and explored the findings set forth in said <br /> resolution <br /> N~f, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of <br /> the Vi.11 age. of Falcon Heights that.. said Council approves <br /> and confirms all actions and findings taken pursuant to <br /> said resolution of June 11~ 1968. <br />3tption was duly seconded by Stone and upon a vote being <br />taken the following voted for sames Warkentien~ Stone, <br />Black and Strandquist and the following voted against <br />sames None.
