2766 ~iEREAS, the V311age Council of the Village of Falcon Heights has reviewed the request for said variance permit and has reviewed the report of the Planning Commission, ` NCf9P, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Falcon Heights Village Council that 1, There are practical difficulties and particular hardships in carrying out the strict letter of the regulations of this ordinance, including problems of pedestrian #nd bicycle traffic crossing the property 2, The granting of the request for a variance is necessary for the preservation and en3oyment of a sub- stantial property right of the applicant, 3. The granting of the proposed variance will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to adjacent property, unreasonably increase the congestion in the public streets, increase the danger of fire, endanger the public safety, unreasonably diminish or impair established property values in the surrounding area, or in any other way impair health, safety, comforts, morals or in any other respect be contrary to the intent of Ordinance No. 6l~, as amended, or the comprehensive plan of the Village. ~.. The Village Clerk and Village Zoning Administrator are herbby empowered to issue said variance permits which permit would allow a 1~2u high fence to extend from the rear lot line to the front lot line. The motion was duly seconded by Warkentien. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted for s awes Ecklund and Warkentien and the following voted againstsames Black. Whereupon it was declared that the resolution was adopted. 'It is noted that the Village Council had previously taken under consideration the feasibility of erecting a fence on both sides of this walkway. Farmers Union Grain Agreement between Farmers Union Grain Terminal Association and Parking Lot leased by the Falcon Heights Volunteer Fire Department pertains to the Falcon Heights Volunteer latter leasing the formeris parking lot immediately west and Fire Department during so~zth of the Village Hall.-for the week-ends during State Fair Week: Fair Week.
