The Village Clerk and Village Zoning Administrator <br />are hereby empowered to issue said variance permit and conditional <br />' use permit for a period of time expiring July 1, 1970. <br />Motion was duly seconded by Ecklund and upon a vote <br />being taken, the resolution was adopted by unanimous <br />vote. <br />1 <br />Variance Permit B1.ack introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />for Fence by Walk- adoptions <br />Way 1861 North <br />Pascal John Gyurcit WHEREAS, John Gyurci has made an application for a <br />variance permit to construct along the Village Walkway <br />a fence on the front side of property located at 1864 <br />No. Pascal, which property is zoned Rl with a height at <br />!~2 inches instead~of the 30 inch maxi~~m allowed by the <br />Falcon Heights Zoning Ordinance No. 6l~, as amended, and. <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights referred said request for a variance permit to the <br />Planning Commission of Falcon Heights and said Planning <br />Commission recommended denial of said variance permit by <br />a report dated August 13, 1968 for the reason that such <br />a fence would not be in character with remainder of the <br />neighborhood, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of Falcon Heights has <br />reviewed the request for said variance permit, and has <br />reviewed report of the Planning Commission, <br />NONE, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOi.VED by the Falcon Heights <br />Village Council that the proposed variance is not in <br />keeping With the character and development of the iYmned9ate <br />neighborhood and is denied. <br />The motion died for lack of a move to second its adoption. <br />Ecklund introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoptions <br />WHEREAS, John Gyurci has made an application for a <br />variance permit to constrict along the Village Walkway <br />a fence on the front side of property located at 186l~ <br />Pascal, which property is zoned R1 with a height at 1.t2 <br />inches instead of the 30 inch maximum allowed by the <br />Falcon Heights Zoning Ordinance No. 64, as amended, and <br />1 <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights referred said request for a variance permit to the <br />Planning Commission of Falcon Heights, and said Planning <br />Commission recommended denial of said variance permit by <br />a report dated August 13, 1968 for the reason that such a <br />fence would not be in character with remainder of the <br />neighborhood, and <br />
