2 789 Resolution Reducing Stone introduced the following resolution and moved Tax Levy - WaterMain its adoption: Improvement 1963: 1n)HEREAS, in Section 6 of a resolution entitled.`~Resolution Providing for the Issuance and Sale of ti^latermain and Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds of 1963," adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota on September 11, 1963, there was levied upon all of the taxable property in the Village a direct general ad valorem tax in the amount of X3,000 to be spread upon the tax rolls and collected with and as apart of the other general property taxes in said Village for the year 1968, to provide moneys for the payment of principal and interest on said bonds; and 1r7FIETi,EAS, under Section 1.75.61, Subd. 3 of the Minnesota Statutes said tax levy is irrevocable unless there is on hand an excess amount in the Sinking Fund and the fact and amount thereof is certified to the County Auditor, in which case the County Auditor shall reduce by the amount so certified the amount otherwise to be included in the rolls next thereafter prepared; and ti}I-~EREAS, there is now on hand in the Watermain and Sanitary Seiner Improvements of 1963 Fund an excess amount greater than $3,000 and the Village Council deems it advisable to have this fact certified to the County Auditor under Section x.75.61, Subd. 3 of the 1~Iinnesota Status so that the County Auditor will so reduce the tax levy heretofore made, NOW THF~R.EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THF~ VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TH}~ VILLAGE of Falcon. Heights, M.irm.esota: 1. The Village Council hereby determines that there is on hand in the lniatermain and Sanitary Sewer Improvements of 1963 Fund, an excess amount greater than $3,000 and that the $3,000 tax levy for the year 1968, made in Section 6 of the resolution of the Council providing for the issuance and sale of Watermain and Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds of 1963, adopted on September 11, 1963, and thereafter certified to the Rarisey County Auditor and entered in the Bond Register of the Ramsey County Auditor on September 23, 1963, shall be reduced by $3,000 and no amount thereof shall be included by the County Auditor in the tax rolls prepared for the year 1969. 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this resolution h~.th the County Auditor of Ramsey County Minnesota toget}ier with such other information as he shall require:'.
