The Village Clerk with the assistance of the Village <br />Consulting L'ngineer shall forthwith calculate the proper <br />amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against <br />every assesss~ble lot, ,.piece, or parcel of land tirithout <br />regard to cash valuation as provided by 1at~, and he shall <br />file a cop~r of such proposed assessment in his office for <br />public inspection. <br />3. Once the assessment roll is on file in the office <br />of the Village Clerk, the Clem; shall publish notice that <br />this Council t:~i.11 meet to consider the proposed assessments <br />on October 9, 1969 at 8 otclock P.T'I. in the Village Hall. <br />~.. Said notice shall also be mailed to the owners of <br />each parcel of property described in the assessment roll. <br />5.
