That it is advisable, expedient, and necessary that that part of said Storrs Sewer Improvement of 1969-1 which provides drainage as shown on Sheet 16 of 23 of the Village of ioseville's plans, be constructed and it is to include two catch ~i'asins and leads at the inter- section of Brior and 'ioselaV~n.^ and that the action taken by the Village.Council as reflected in the corrected first numbered paragraph of said resolution be hereby ratified and affirmed.
