2918 <br />Robert Teigen, Black moved that the application for variance (set back <br />1656 Qarden Avernus, for side yard fence) submitted by Mr. Robert Te3.gen, 1656 <br />Variance Applications Qarden Avenue, on recommendation of the planning coar~i.ssion <br />be approved. Taylor seconded and motion carrieed. <br />One-Hour Martini.z3,ng Stack moved that the application for variance (free stand- <br />Cleaners, Variance ing sign) submitted by Mr. Gerald R.. Peterson, sign install- <br />Application: er, on behalf of the Martrl.~.zing Cleaners, 1.l~07 West Larpen- <br />te~r Avenue, be allowed on the basis of the pylon being 30 <br />feet north of the curbline of Larpente~ur Avenue as recom- <br />mended by the planning commission. DEI,SNQUENT <br />SANTPARY SEHTER RENTAL CHARGES <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Covnci7. of the Village <br />of Falcon Heights, Ramsey Covaty, Minnesota, as followss <br />1. It is hereby determined that there are delinquent <br />sewer rental charges against the properties hera3xrafter set <br />forth, 3.n the a~nowzts set forth opposite the description of <br />such properties. <br />2. A special assessment in the amount hereinafter sot <br />forth is hereby 1evl.ed against each of such tracts respectively. <br />3. The total amount of scrap spec3.a.1. assessment, in <br />each case, shall be payable with the 1969 real estate taxes <br />due and payable during 1970. <br />}~.
