The Village Council hereby dgtex~3.nes that there is on hand i.n the Watermain and Sanitary Sewer Improvemevxts of 1963 Fund, an excess amount greater than $3,000 and that the $3,0(!4 tax levy for the year 1969, made in Section b ofthe resolution of the Council providing for the issumnce and sale of Watern~ain cad San3tar3r Sewer Improvemeont Bonds of 1963, adopted on Septeaaber 11, 1963, and thereafter certified to the Ramsey County Auditor, and entered in the Bond Regis- ter of the Ramsey County Andi.tor on September 23, 1963, shall be reduced by $3,000 and no amount thereof shall be included in the County Auditor in the tax rolls prepared for the year 1970. 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to file a certi- fied copy of this resolution With the Cotmty Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, tcg?e~Mher with such other information as he shall require."
