2921 <br />NOW 1'I~R.EFORE, BE IT RESOLVID by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesotan <br />1. Stash proposed assessment roll, a copy of which <br />is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby <br />accepted and sha11 constitute the special assessment <br />against the lands named therein, and each tract of land <br />therein is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed <br />improvements. <br />2. Stash assessment shall be payable in equal annual <br />installments e~ctendi.rag over a period of five years, the <br />first of said installasste to be payable with general. fazes <br />for the year 1969, collectible with such taxes during the <br />year 1970. To the first installment there shall be added <br />interest at the rate of edght per cent (8:00$) per annum on <br />the ea~tire assessment from the date of this resolution <br />until December 31, 1970. To each subsequent inset, <br />when due, there sha11 be added interest for one year at said <br />rate on all unpaid, installments.
