Taylor <br />Mrs. Kenneth (Betty) moved that the appointment of Mrs. Betty Poehler, be con- <br />Poehler, 1765 Albert: firmed by the Council, to serve the unexpired termof Harold <br />C. Nilsen. Ecklund seconded and the motion carried. <br />Conditional Use Black moved that the conditional use application submitted <br />Application -Falcon by Richard Alberg, Manager of Falcon Oil Comp, 1350 West <br />Oil Compas~r - 1350 Larpenteur Avenue, together with all material, Midwest <br />West Larpenteur Avenue: Planning Letter, Village Engineer Letter and Blue Prints <br />be referred to the Falcon Heights Planning Commission for <br />recommendation. Warkentien seconded and the motbn carried. <br />Contract - Bonestroo, Stone moved that the contract submitted to the Council May <br />R:osene, Anderlik & 28, 1970, by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, 1381 <br />Associates, Eustis Street, be presented to the Mayor and Village Clerk <br />Consulting Engineers: and that they be authorized to sign it. Ecklund seconded <br />and the motion carried. <br />0olunteer Fireman Eckl.und read a letter of dismissal of Richard A. Dowdell, <br />Dismissal: 2690 North Oxford Street, from the Falcon Heights Volunteer <br />Fire Department, and a report of the subsequent hearing <br />which upheld the decision to dismiss. <br />Justice of the <br />Peace Hand Books: <br />Bills: <br />Ad3ourrnnent <br />Black moved that <br />for each Justice ~ <br />Village Attorney.
