The Construction Account in the Storm Sewer Im- provement Bonds of 1966 Fund of the Village reflects a surplus of $l~,722.55 for completed Storm Sewer Improvements the costs of which have been fully paid. 3. The Village Council is entitled to transfer suf- ficient funds from the Storm Sewer Construction Account to pay off the deficit in the 1967 Improvement Bond Construc- tion Account. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council that the Village Treasurer be authorized and directed to make the following bookkeeping entries and transfers: 1. The transfer of the sum of $1,950.30 from the 1966 Storm Sewer Improvement Construction Account to the Con- struction Account of the 1967 Improvement Bond rand, which account shall thereupon be closed out.
