Falcon Oil Company, Black moved that the Village Council ratify the resolution Resolution 70-12: drafted by Attorney Seed pursuant to action taken by the Council denying the conditional use permit to the Falcon Oil Company, 1350 West Larpenteur Avenue. It was duly reviewed by the Council at the meeting of June 11, 1970 whereupon Black moved that the following Resolution be adopted: WHEREAS: A. Mr. R. Ahlberg, on behalf of Falcon Oil, Inc., has made an application to the Village of Falcon Heights for a conditional use permit to construct a one bay auto- matic car wash facility attached to a gasoline station lo- cated at 1350 West Larpenteur Avenue, which property is zoned B-2 pursuant to Ordinance No. 61t, Sections 16.5 and 11.2 (10). B. The Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights referred said request for a conditional use permit to the Village Engineer and Midwest Planning and Research, Inc. for review and comment; and said Village Engineer and planning consultant unanimously recommended denial of said conditional use permit request, by reports dated May 28, 1970, respectively, a copy of which reports are on file in the office of the Village Clerk and made apart hereof by reference.
