Black seconded and the motion carried. <br />Falcon Oil Company, Black moved that the Village Council ratify the resolution <br />Resolution 70-12: drafted by Attorney Seed pursuant to action taken by the <br />Council denying the conditional use permit to the Falcon Oil <br />Company, 1350 West Larpenteur Avenue. It was duly reviewed <br />by the Council at the meeting of June 11, 1970 whereupon <br />Black moved that the following Resolution be adopted: <br />WHEREAS: <br />A. Mr. R. Ahlberg, on behalf of Falcon Oil, Inc., <br />has made an application to the Village of Falcon Heights <br />for a conditional use permit to construct a one bay auto- <br />matic car wash facility attached to a gasoline station lo- <br />cated at 1350 West Larpenteur Avenue, which property is <br />zoned B-2 pursuant to Ordinance No. 61t, Sections 16.5 and <br />11.2 (10). <br />B. The Village Council of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights referred said request for a conditional use permit <br />to the Village Engineer and Midwest Planning and Research, <br />Inc. for review and comment; and said Village Engineer and <br />planning consultant unanimously recommended denial of said <br />conditional use permit request, by reports dated May 28, <br />1970, respectively, a copy of which reports are on file in <br />the office of the Village Clerk and made apart hereof by <br />reference. <br />
