The Village of Falcon Heights holds $38,000. of <br />said bonds in the Sinking Fund of the Refunding Sanitary <br />Seger Improvement Bonds of 1963 Fund, and $10,000. of said <br />bonds in the Sinking Fund of the Larpenteur Avenue and <br />Water Main Improvement Fund. <br />C. Under the terms of the resolution authorizing said <br />bonds, $10,000. of said bonds (bonds Nos. 59 to 68, both <br />inclusive) may be redeemed as of September 1, 1970 at par <br />plus accrued interest plus a premium of $30. per bond, and <br />$38,000. of said bonds (bonds nos. 2l to ,~8, both inclusive) <br />at par plus accrued interest and a premium of $20. per bond. <br />D. Sufficient funds are in the Sinking Fund for the <br />tiJater M~x1 Improvement Bonds of 1960-1 to redeem the <br />$18,000. in bonds still outstanding. <br />E. It is in the interests of the Village to redeem <br />said $x.8,000. outstanding Water Iā€¢Zain Improvement Bonds of <br />1960-1 in order to reduce the Village's outstanding bonded <br />indebtedness and thus improve its credit, and also to <br />eliminate the cost of the continued services of a paying <br />agent . <br />
