To each subsequent iBStallment, when <br />due, there shall be added interest for one year at said <br />rate on all unpaid installments. The owner of any property <br />so assessed may, at any time prior to November 8, 1970, pay <br />the whole of the assessment on such prope~y without interest <br />to the Municipal Treasurer; and such property owner may at <br />any time after certification of the assessments to the <br />County Auditor and prior to Novemberl5, of arm year, prepay <br />to the Treasurer of the IYlunicipality the whole assessment <br />remaining due with interest accrued to December 31, of the <br />year in which said prepavnnent is made. <br />3• The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a <br />certified duplicate copy of the assessment roll and resolu- <br />tion herein to the County Auditor so that the assessment <br />may be extended on the tax list of the County. <br />Representatives T~Ir.
