3020 tivI-ir~Ti.EA5, there is now on hand in the Watermain and Sanitary Sewer Improvements of 1963 Fund an excess amount greater than X3,000. and the Village Council deems it advis- able to have this fact certified to the County Auditor under Section 475.61, Subd. 3 of the T~'iinnesota Statutes so that the County Auditor will so reduce the tax levy hereto- fore made, NOj~J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota: 1. The Village Council hereby determines that there is on hand in the Watermain and Sanitary Sewer Improvements of 1963 Fund, an excess amount greater than X3,000. and that the y~3,000. tax levy for the year 1970, made in Section 6 of the resolution of the Council providing for the issuance and sale of ti~datermain and Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds of 1963, adopted on September 11, 1963, and thereafter certi- fied to the Ramsey County Auditor and entered in the Bond Register of the Ramsey County Auditor on September 23, 1963, shall be reduced by yi3,000. and no amount thereof shall be included in the County Auditor in the tax rolls prepared for the year 1971. 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to file a certi- fied copy of this resolution t~,rith the County Auditor of Ramsey County, rinnesota together with such other information as he shall require. T~taster Gas Taylor moved that the T~~aster Gas Installers License be Installers License - approved for ti~Jilliam R. Stewart, Royalton Heating and Cooling Royalton Heating Company, 4626 Lyndale Avenue North, T4inneapolis, Tdlinnesota, and Cooling: for the period commencing July 1, 1970 and ending June 30, 1971. ~,7arkentien seconded and the motion carried. B. Section 6 of the resolution authorizing the issuance of said bonds, adopted by the Village Council on August 1l, 1960, provides for the levy upon all of the taxable property a direct general ad valorem tax in the amount of '.;1500. during the years 1960 to 1962, both inclusive, X2,000. during the years 1963 to 1976, both inclusive, $25,000. during the dears 1971 to 1973, both inclusive and X3,000. during the years 1974 to 1978, both inclusive, to provide monies for the payment of principal and interest on said bonds. C. The need for such tax levy no longer exists because of the redemption of said bonds.
