P.: of the Village street lights, shrnving places <br />that the Village had lights and places where <br />lights could be added. He stated that N. S. P. <br />will make a survey of all the Village lighting <br />at no cost. <br />Civil. Defense: Cdr. ~ifeet of the Civil Defense Department bought <br />' the new white panel truck to the Village Hall. <br />It was shown to the Council, and a bill for ~lle8.91~ <br />for services done on the truck presented. <br />Art Lindig Plat Mr. Nilsen read a letter dated 'March 2l~th from <br />Planes Geo. W. Plant, Chairman of the Planning Commission, <br />addressed to Mr. Nilsen, and the Village Council. <br />At the Planning Commission Meeting of March 20, <br />the Commission reviewed the topographic maps and <br />the drainage map for the Lindig property and <br />further recommended that the City Engineer estab- <br />lish apermanent drainage easement through the <br />property, It was moved by Stone and seconded by <br />Warkentien and voted to adopt the following <br />resolution. Carried. <br />RESOLUTTON APPROVING 7HE PLAT OF <br />LIlJDIGt5 ADDITION, FALCON HEIGHTS <br />WHEHF,AS, Mr, and Mrs. Arthur Lindig have <br />presented a plat known as Lindig~s Addition to <br />the Village Council of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights, and <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council of the Village <br />of Falcon Heights have referred said plat to the <br />Planning Commission of said Village, and <br />WHEREAS, said Planning Commission has approved <br />the acceptance of said plat to the Village Council <br />of the Village of Falcon Heights, <br />NC~f 7~iEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED s <br />1. The Village of Falcon Heights approves <br />the plat of Lindig~s Addition, Falcon Heights, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, as submitted to the <br />Council on March 27, 1963, and authorises the <br />Clerk of said Village to execute said plat sub- <br />~ect to the following. <br />2. Prior to tree Clerk signing said plat, <br />it must be approved by the Village Consulting <br />Engineer with reference to the location of the <br />drainage easement shown on Lot 1, Block Two, <br />Lindigts Addition.
