The comprehensive program for regulation <br />of the planting and care of trees and the care of <br />boulevards in the Village of Falcon Heights, as <br />submitted by the Village Engineer with the assist- <br />ance of Dr. Hard, is hereby adopted and a copy of <br />which is attached to this resolution as Exhibit A <br />and made a part hereof by reference. <br />2. All permits to plant trees shall be made <br />to the Village Clerlc and approved by the Village <br />Engin'(e~er, all as provided in Section 2 of Ordinance <br />No s ] 7 i <br />3. The Village Engineer shall prepare a sketch <br />of all streets shoaving the location and availability <br />of all boulevard locations for tree planting pur- <br />poses, and such sketch or diagram shall be attached <br />to the comprehensive program for planting and care <br />of trees and the care of boulevards within the <br />Village of Falcon Heights. <br />Adopted by the Village Council this $th day of <br />P~~ay, 1963. <br />X <br />tixT. Nilsen, l~iayor <br />Tree Information: It was moved by Shavor and seconded by b'larkentien <br />that the Village Engineer make up a bulletin on <br />tree information for the residents. Passed. <br />Speed Zoning: A letter was read from James C. Pdarshall, State <br />Commissioner of Highways, regarding procedures for <br />speed zoning changes requiring a resolution from <br />the Village. No action was taken on such a <br />resalution. <br />
