Smaller species were <br />recommended near power lines. Pdoved by Shavor, <br />seconded by P,iortenson that the following resolution <br />be adopted: <br />RESOLUTION <br />Vti1'HER.EA,S, the Village Council of the Village of <br />Falcon Heights deems it necessary and proper to <br />adopt a comprehensive plan for regulating the <br />planting and care of trees and the care of boul- <br />evards in the Village of Falcon Heights, and, <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 59 of the Village of <br />Falcon Heights provides that the Village Engineer <br />shall prepare a comprehensive plan of all proposed <br />locations of trees under his jurisdiction for each <br />street in the village on which plantings are pro- <br />posed, and such plan is to show the variety of <br />trees that will be permitted, and, <br />
