19-5 <br />Galvin stated we would have no reasonable right to deny <br />the application for a permit. <br />Warkentien moved, seconded by 5havor that the following <br />resolution be adopted: <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT <br />FOR THE ROBERTS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, the Roberts Construction Company of 5t. <br />Paul, Minnesota, has made application for a building <br />permit fora 16-unit single family apartment building <br />for that tract of real estate owned by Roberts Con- <br />struction Company, located on the northwest corner <br />of Fairview and Larpenteur Avenue iri the Village of <br />Falcon Heights, the legal description of which is the <br />East 158.62 feet of the South 265.125 feet of the <br />Southwest quarter of Section 16, Toamship 29, Range 23, <br />and, <br />~~-iERF~AS, said real estate is zoned R-3 under the <br />provisions of Falcon Heights Ordinance No. 6~., and, <br />WHI ,said application has been reviewed by the <br />Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, and, <br />~7iERF~AS, said applicant has filed a plot plan <br />pursuant to the ordinances of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights, a copy of said plan being filed with the <br />Village Clerk <br />NOrY, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />1. Said building permit is hereby approved by the <br />Village Council of Falcon Heights, and said permit <br />shall be issued by the Village Clerk upon receipt of <br />the Completed Permit Form, and $~e fee as established <br />by ordinance, conditioned as follows; <br />2. Plans and specifications of said apartment <br />building shall conform to all ordinances, regulations <br />and statutes in full force and effect in the Village of <br />Falcon Heights Minnesota, including -those relating to <br />screening, planting and fencing surrounding said lot <br />and off street parking lot. <br />3. Said plans and specifications for the construct- <br />ion of said apartment building shall conform to the <br />plot plan which is on file in the office of the Clerk, <br />a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made <br />a part hereof by reference. <br />Adopted this 15th day of riay, 1,963. <br />Harold Nilsen, Mayor <br />
