The council has agreed to table ar~r action. <br />Lindig Avenue <br />' On motion by Mort~rson, seconded by Shavor, it was <br />Resa <br />tution receiving voted tc> adopt the following resolution receiving <br />report and calling report and calling hearing on improvement for corm <br />h®ari~igt struct3on of sanitary serer on Lindig Avenue as <br /> platted in the Village of Falcon Heights, Miruiesota. <br /> ~EI~EAS, it is proposed to improve Lindig Avenue, as <br /> said Avenue is shown on the Lindig Flat approved h9' <br /> the Council of the Village of Falcon Heights on Diarch <br /> 27~ 1963, by the installation and constructi.an of a <br /> sanitary suer trunk and laterals from Larpenteur <br /> Avenue to a point 1250 feet North of Larpenteur Avenue <br /> on said Lindig Avenue, and <br />~E~~AS, the Village Council of the V312age of Falcon <br />Heights has asked for and received a preliminary <br />report from the Village Consulting Eaaginesr that said <br />improvement is feasible, and that said improvement <br />should be made in connection with other proposed <br />municipal improvements of a similar nature noK pending <br />iri the Village of Falcon Heights, and the estimated <br />cost of said construction of the sanitary surer is <br />$7,8()0.00, <br />NOPP, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Cowncil <br />of the Village of Falcon Heights, ~I.nnesota: <br />1, The Council. wi]1 consider the improvement of <br />said street acrd property ixi aceorda~ce with the report <br />and the asseasment of abutting property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />B~innesata Statutes Section !(29.011 to l:~29.111 (Lars <br />of 1953, as amended) at an estimated total cost of <br />the improvement of X7,800.00. <br />.1 <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on said. pro- <br />posed improvement on June 26, 1963, in the Council <br />Chambers of the Village of Falcon Heights at 8:00 <br />o~clock P.~d. and the Clerk shall give mailed and <br />'published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />requixed by lair. <br />Adopted by- the Council this 3rd day of June, 1963. <br />
