1991 <br />Lindig Addition No. 2 <br />Falcon Heights Congregational <br />Church - Drainage of lot <br />next to new parsonage: <br />hard copy of said plat. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission had previously <br />approved said plat, and the Council of the Village <br />of Falcon Heights has inspected same, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY-THE Village <br />Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota that <br />1. The proposed Lindig~s Plat No. 2 be approved <br />as presented, and <br />2. Under terms of the agreement, and <br />the resolution passed by the Council on January 9, 1963, <br />this situation was to be corrected, if and when it <br />developed Eorrection to be made by the Falcon Heights <br />Congregational Church,~S <br />Parsonage Deferred The existing assessment for water and sewer against <br />Assessments: this property had been deferred until such property <br /> was unproved. Hermes were present at the <br />Driveways and Drainage: request of the Council. Hermes advised that the con- <br /> tractor responsible for the job was given the plans and <br /> specifications as outlined by the Village Engineer and <br /> if he did not go by the plans, Hermes was not aware of <br /> it. Hermes was advised that the provisions of Ordinance <br /> 6l~, Section 1~..3, Subd. 3 require drainage system to be <br /> installed to the approval of the Village Engineer. Also <br /> the provisions of Ordinance 25, Section 2.15 require permit <br /> for area grading on filling on private property which shall <br /> obstruct or interfere in any way with any natural drain- <br /> age waterway. Such permit must be issued by the Council. <br /> Violations of said ordinance are misdemeanors and are <br /> punishable by a fine of not less than $5.00 or more than <br /> x'100 or by imprisonment of not less than 5 days or more <br /> than 50 days.
