Member Stc~e seconded said resolution and upon a <br />vote being taken thereon the follc~ing voted in favor <br />thereofs Nilsen, Shavor, Stone and Mortenson - - <br />and the following voted against the samss None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly messed <br />and adopted.n <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by member Mortenson and upon a vote <br />being taken thereon the following voted in favor <br />thereofs Nilsen, Stone, Mortenson and~V~arken tien <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />1 <br />Member Warkentien introduced the following resolution <br />Tfiater Main and and moved its adoption: <br />Sewer Improv®ment <br />- 19b3% RESOLUTION CORRECTING MINUTES OF THE <br />MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL HELD JULY 15, 1963 <br />WHEREAS, the minutes of the meeting of this Council <br />held July 15, 1963 failed to reflect that on said date this <br />Council. approved plans and specifications for the various <br />improvements which were consolidated at said meeting and <br />faiSed tc> reflect that this action of the Council eras taken <br />at the same time and as a part of the resolution ordering <br />consolidation of said improvements and ordering advertise- <br />ment for bids thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota that said <br />minutes be corrected to properly reflect the action taken <br />by the Council by adding to said minutes a paragraph numbered <br />3 as a part of the NOW, THEREFORE, clause of said resolution <br />consolidating improvements and ordering advertisement for <br />bids th®reon as follo~rs; <br />1 <br />"3.
