2013 <br />was duly seconded by member Mortensen and upon a vote <br />being':taken thereon the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Nilsen, Stone, Mortensen and Wankentien, <br />and the follo~ri.ng voted against the sames None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />Member Warkentien introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />DECLARING COST OF LdPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING CON- <br />STRUCTION OF THE SA~dE BY CAANGE ORDER <br />Snelling Avenue WHEREAS, a petition was received en September 11, <br />Water Main Extension- 1963 signed by 100 of the ewners affected thereby for <br />the improvement of North Snelling on its West side <br />Change-{?rder bet~reen the South line of Roselawn Avenue and a point <br />1,28lt.85 feet South of said line by installation of <br />water main and lot services, and said improvement was <br />subsequently ordered by theCouncil, and <br />WHEREAS, final plans and specifications for said <br />improvement have been received by theCouncil, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED that the Village <br />Council of the Village of FalBOn Heights, Minnesota: <br />1. Said plans and specifications are hereby <br />approved and a copy thereof has been plated on file <br />with the Village Clerk. <br />2. The estimated total cost of said improvement <br />is in the amount of $2,700.00, and the entire cost of said <br />improvement will be assessed against the benefited and <br />petitioning property owners. <br />3. The Village Council hereby authorizes con- <br />struction of said improvement and directs that con- <br />struction be accomplished by change order to Nodland <br />Construction Company who are now constructing other <br />water services in the Village and hereby finds and <br />determines that said construction is in an amount less <br />than 25~ of the total contract now outstanding with <br />Nodland Construction Company. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by member Mortensen and upon a vot® <br />being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Nilsen, Ston®, Mortensen and Warkenti.en.
