2032 <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Falcon Heights has <br />installed certain improvements on that public street <br />krn~on as Lindig Avenue or Lindig Road, and <br />WHEREAS, it would be in accordance with good <br />mwzicipal planning and otherwise beneficial to the <br />Village to protect the interests and rights of all <br />landowners to the East of said plats and Lindig Road, <br />.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT agreement <br />bet~veen Arthur A. Lindig, Lillian E. Lindig, husband <br />and wife, and Lindig~s Mid~ray Greenhouses, Inc., and <br />the Village of Falcon Heights, a copy of which is <br />attached to these minutes, is hereby approved, and <br />the IvSayor and Clerk of the Village are authorized and <br />hereby directed to affix their signatures to the same. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was seconded by Warkentien and upon a vote being taken, <br />all members present voted in favor of said resolution, <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />Licenses Approved: <br />Master Gas Mortenson moved, seconded by Warkentien and duly <br />Installer: carried that the application for Master Gas Installer's <br /> license for the folla~ixag be approved: <br /> Fred Vogt and Co. -3260 Gorham Ave., Minneapolis, Minna <br />Master Plumber's Upon examination by the attorney of the bond and certi- <br />License: ficate of insurance submitted by Avoles Plumbing, to <br /> determine if all was in accordance with provisions of <br /> Village Ordinances, it was established that provisions <br /> have been complied with and Mortenson moved, seconded <br /> by Shavor that the license application for the following <br /> be approved: Carried. <br /> A. Walter Avoles ~ivoles Plbg., ?79 E. 7th Street, <br /> St. Paul, Minnesota <br />Filling Station Mortenson moved, WarkentiBn seconded that the license <br />License: application submitted by the new owner of the Falcon <br /> Heights Shell Oil Station, Donald D. Johnston, be <br /> approved. Carried. Warkentien wi11 inquire as to <br /> the contract far gasoline which the Village has with <br /> this station, that is whether or not it still remains <br /> in effect with the new owner. <br />St. Paul Inspections Couneil was advised that the Board of Water Commissioners <br />of Water Lines: has been stamping the words Not Guaranteed by Board of <br />Water Commissioners on water lines they have inspected. <br />Attorney Galsin and Engineer Lemberg were instructed to <br />confer with Commission regarding this and the Agreement <br />previously signed bet:+reen the Village and the St. Paul <br />Water Department. <br />
