2061 ` <br />Tree Trimmings Warkentien moved that the Council authorize the Lakeland <br />Tree Service, Inc. to do the following work in the Village <br />of Falcon Heights at a cost not to exceed X901.00. <br />Trees to be trimmeds 23 on Irnra Avenue <br />23 on Idaho Avenue <br />26 on California Ave. <br />Trees to be removeds 1 on California <br />!t on Toga Avenue <br />Trees to be cableds 1 on Iowa, Avenue <br />1 on Idaho Avenue <br />2 on California <br />Trees to be repairdds 1 on California <br />Motion was seconded by Stone, and upon a vote being taken, <br />motion was carried. <br />Maintenance Department Engineer Lemberg will make inquiries and advise Council at <br />Request for Purchase the next meeting as to the type of lawn mower to purchase, <br />of Lawn Mowers <br />Sewer Troubles After discussion, it was moved by Stone, seconded by <br />13l~8 California Warkentien that Rosetown Sanitation's bill for repairing <br /> the sewer at the address above be authorized for payment. <br /> Motion carried, Lametti Construction originally in- <br /> stalled this sewer and they will be contacted in an <br /> effort to recover the monies paid out for this repair. <br />Julia Lindig Property - Attorney Galvin advised that two parcels of land <br />1870 West Roselawn belonging to Julia Lindig have been sold. Stone moved, <br />Re-assessment for Black seconded that the following resolution be adopteds <br />destroying weeds <br /> WSF.REAS, the following described real estate <br /> located in the Village of Falcon Heights is subject to <br /> certain assessments for destroying weeds and naxious <br /> growths, which improvements were made by the Village of <br /> Falcon Heights, and the benefited property was assessed <br /> pursuant to statutes <br />The South 600 feet of the East 1/3 of the North 1/2 <br />of the West 1/2 of the East 60 acres of the Southwest <br />1/!~ and East 25 feet of the North 75 feet of the South <br />675 feet of said East 1/3 and except the North 1/5 of <br />said East 1/3 and except the South 675 feet of said <br />East 1/3, all in Section 16, Township 29, Range 23 <br />in the amount of ~1~2.00 and <br />WHEREAS, there has been a conveyance of this property <br />and said property must be re-assessed <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Falcon Heights that said assessment is <br />re-assessed as follows: <br />
