Upon a vote being taken, the Council adopted the above resolution. Roberts Construction The property located at 1865 West Larpenteur and Co. -Sale of Property presently owned by Brooks Church (formerly owned by to ad3oining land E. Carroll), was increased by this sale from 62 feet owners to 75 feet, and the Roberts Apartment lot was reduced from 110 feet to 9? feet. It is the contention of the Village Council that consultation between Roberts and the Council should have been arranged when this sale was being contemplated by Roberts. Attorney Galvin will prepare letter to the owners of Roberts Apartments and incorporate in such letter the apparent violation of village ordinance regarding parking on the lawn, as well as reduction in the space provided for parking after sale of the above-mentioned 13 feet. Sanitary Sewer #1 The First National Bank is holding $1.50,000 in bonds, Sinking Fund Bonds to which should be destroyed. Warkentien moved, Black be destroyed: seconded that bonds in the Sanitary Sewer #1 Sinking Fund which have been held in the Village trust account at the First National Bank, which bonds were cancelled on December 30, 1963, be physically destroyed.
