Except the East 25 feet, the North 150 feet <br />of the South 825 feet of the East 1/3 of the Northwest <br />1/!~ of the East 60 acres of the Southwest 1/!~ of <br />Section 16, Township 29, Range 23 in the amount of $7. <br />Upon a vote being taken, the Council adopted the <br />above resolution. <br />Roberts Construction The property located at 1865 West Larpenteur and <br />Co. -Sale of Property presently owned by Brooks Church (formerly owned by <br />to ad3oining land E. Carroll), was increased by this sale from 62 feet <br />owners to 75 feet, and the Roberts Apartment lot was reduced <br />from 110 feet to 9? feet. It is the contention of <br />the Village Council that consultation between Roberts <br />and the Council should have been arranged when this <br />sale was being contemplated by Roberts. <br />Attorney Galvin will prepare letter to the owners of <br />Roberts Apartments and incorporate in such letter the <br />apparent violation of village ordinance regarding parking <br />on the lawn, as well as reduction in the space provided <br />for parking after sale of the above-mentioned 13 feet. <br />Fairview Avenue - Engineer Lemberg advised. that the Ramsey County Engineer <br />'No Parking' signs: has agreed to installation of 'No Parking' signs on <br />Fairview Avenue 3ust north of Larpenteur Avenue - across <br />the street from Roberts Apartments - the east side of <br />~~airview Avenue. <br />Sanitary Sewer #1 The First National Bank is holding $1.50,000 in bonds, <br />Sinking Fund Bonds to which should be destroyed. Warkentien moved, Black <br />be destroyed: seconded that bonds in the Sanitary Sewer #1 Sinking <br />Fund which have been held in the Village trust account <br />at the First National Bank, which bonds were cancelled <br />on December 30, 1963, be physically destroyed. Motion <br />carried. <br />California Avenue Curb Nilsen moved the adoption of the follovring Resolution: <br />and Gutters <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT <br />ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF CALIFORNIA AVENUE <br />BETWEEN THE WEST LINE OF HAMLINE AVENUE <br />AND TIE EAST LINE OF ARONA AVENUE BY THE <br />CONSTRUCTION ~F CURBS ANA GUTTERS AND THE <br />CALLING OF HEARING ON SAID IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council on <br />January 22, 196l~ a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, <br />Rosene and Associates, Falcon Heights Village Consulting <br />Engineers, with reference to the improvement of California <br />Avenue between the West line of Hamline Avenue and the <br />East line of Arona avenue by the construction of curbs <br />and gutters, a1d this report was received. by the Council <br />on the 12th day of February, 196l~. <br />
