2063 <br />Proposed Subdivision <br />Ordinance No. 69: <br />Proposed Off-Street <br />Parking-Resolutions <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />of Falcon Heights, Minnesota: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement <br />of such streets in accordance with the report and <br />assessment of abutting and benefited property for all <br />or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statute, Sections lt29.011 to l~29.111 <br />(Laws of 1953 as amended) at an estimated total cost <br />of the improvement of X20,680.00. <br />2. A public hearing will be held on such <br />proposed improvement on the J~th day of March, 1961 <br />in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 8:00 <br />P.M,, aid the Clerk sha11 give mailed and published <br />notice of such hearing and improvement as required <br />by law. <br />Motion was seconded by Black and upon a vote, the <br />Resolution was adopted by the Council this 2th day <br />of February 196l~. <br />~-; <br />Mayor <br />Clerk <br />Motion made by Black, seconded by Stone that the <br />Proposed Subdivision Ordinance be referred to the <br />Planning Commission for recommendation, Carried. <br />Motion by Black, seconded by Stone that the following <br />Resolution be formrarded to the Planning Commission <br />for their recommendation: <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the Village Council of <br />the Village of Falcon Heights that the present pro- <br />visions of Ordinance 6!~ regulating off-street parking <br />are inadequate, and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Section 1l~, provides for <br />1.3 parking places for each unit and should be amended <br />to read 1.5 parking places per unit, <br />NOYV, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Falcon Heights that they recommend to <br />the Planning Commission of the Village of Falcon Heights <br />that the Commission review said provision of Ordinance <br />64 and make their recommendations to the Council as soon <br />as practical. <br />Motion carried. <br />Ordinance No, 3: Black advised that he had reviewed Ordinance No. 3 with <br />the Building Inspector, R, K, Magnuson, and certain <br />revisions were advisable.
