2091 <br />inserted in the official paper an advertisement for <br />bids upon the making of such improvement under such <br />approved plans and specifications. The advertisement <br />shall be published for ten days, shall specify the work <br />'4'~aterMain and Sanitary to be done, shall state that bids will be opened and <br />Sewer Improvement of considered by the Council at 8:00 Pali. on April 22nd, <br />1963: 19bl~ in the council chambers of the village hall, and <br />that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed <br />withthe Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashierts <br />check, bid bond or certifieel check payable to the clerk for <br />five per cent of the amount of such bid. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Stone, and. upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Nilsen, Mortenson, <br />Warkentien, Stone and Black and. the resolution was duly <br />declared passed and adopted. <br />VdaterMain and Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvement of The following resolution was intra~uced by 1'Varkentien, <br />1963:- seconded by Mortenson who moved its adoption: <br />Autumn Avenue: RESOLUTIONd AU TI-tORIZING VILLAGE EPJGINEERS <br />TO HANDLE T~~~i~~TTF.~NANCE AND REPAIR OF <br />AUTUf.~J AVENUE <br />1YHEF?.EAS, the Village Engineer has called to the attention <br />of the Village Council that Autumn ~~renu~ is in need <br />of repair, and <br />Wf?[EREAS, the approximate amount of work to be done <br />would cost an estimated X500, and <br />WHEREAS, it is feasible to handle it as part of the <br />improvements authorized by the Village Gouncil under this <br />date, <br />P10W, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF FALCON HEIGHTS, that the Village Engineers be authorized <br />to handle said maintenance and repair of Autumn Avenue as <br />an addition to any of the bids as a part of the 1963 <br />Improvement Project of WaterMain and Sewer, to be advertised <br />for bids, and such bids to be opened April 22nd, 1964. <br />Upon a vote being taken thereon, the follt~nring voted in <br />favor thereof: Nilsen, P~4ortenson, Warkentien, Stone and <br />Black, and the resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />Seal Coating of The following resolution was introduced by member Black, <br />Village Streets - seconded by member Stone, who moved its adoption: <br />1961 <br />RESOLUTION APPROV7'i1G PLANS ATdD SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR OHDERITIG ADVERTISL'TTENT FOR BIDS FOR THE <br />196l~ SEAL COATIl~JG OF VILLAGE STREETS <br />WHEREAS the Village Engineer has prepared plans and <br />specifications for the seal coating of village streets, <br />and has presented such plans and specifications to the <br />Village Council for approval, <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
