2093 <br />'Hanson-Schmitt Court <br />Case on Sewer at <br />1551 Idaho: <br />Iowa Avenue Curb and <br />Gutter Assessment Roll <br />-- Correction: <br />that possibly 10 feet on the east side of Snelling Avenue may <br />be needed in widening Snelling Avenue, however, no acquisition <br />of property in the forseeable future. <br />Attorney Galvin advised <br />in Pdunicipal Court, and <br />was vindicated. <br />Moved by Stone, seconded <br />the following resolution <br />Auditor <br />1~°dHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the <br />Village Council that the following property -Northome '2nd <br />Addition, Lot 8, Block 11, See. 22 - was included in the <br />list of unpaid assessments levied. by the Village Council. <br />of Falcon Heights on February 13, 1963 for the improvement <br />of the Village of Falcon Heights by the construction of <br />curbs and gutters on Iowa Avenue, and <br />VdHEREAS, upon re-checking the list of such unpaid <br />assessments, it was found that the owner of the above <br />property, E. W. Mitsch of 1l~81 W„ Iowa Avenue, had paid <br />to the Village Clerk on February 16, 1963 an amount of <br />X125.00 in payment of said improvement, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED DY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF r'ALCON HEIGHTS: <br />1. That assessment levied against property located <br />at Pdorthome 2nd Addition, Lot 8, Block 11, Sec. 22 be <br />removed from the assessment roll which was certified to <br />the County Auditor under date of July 10, 1963. <br />2. That the Village Attorney will take the <br />necessary steps to correct. <br />Upon a vote being taken, the Village Council adopted. the <br />above resolution. <br />that Hansoms case was tried <br />Schmitt (the sewer contractor} <br />by Black that the Council adopt <br />and forward same to the County <br />Off--Street Parking - Black advised that the Planning Commission has approved the <br />Amendment to Zoning Proposed. Parking Ordinance. <br />Ordinance #6~.: <br />Galvin recommended that inasmuch as the Planning Commission <br />has scheduled a meeting for April 1st, they could come to <br />a decision for arranging for public hearing on Proposed <br />Amendment to Ordinance No. 6~., at that meeting. Attorney <br />Galvin will supply the Commission with suggested dates for <br />such hearing. <br />Proposed Subdivision Black advised that Planning Commission has made a few <br />Ordinance No. 69: modifications and changes in the Proposed Subdivision <br />Ordinance and with modifications and changes, approved <br />of Proposed Subdivision Ordinance. Attorney wi11 review <br />and present same for recommendation at the next meeting <br />of the Village Council. <br />
