2093 'Hanson-Schmitt Court Case on Sewer at 1551 Idaho: Iowa Avenue Curb and Gutter Assessment Roll -- Correction: that possibly 10 feet on the east side of Snelling Avenue may be needed in widening Snelling Avenue, however, no acquisition of property in the forseeable future. Attorney Galvin advised in Pdunicipal Court, and was vindicated. Moved by Stone, seconded the following resolution Auditor 1~°dHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Village Council that the following property -Northome '2nd Addition, Lot 8, Block 11, See. 22 - was included in the list of unpaid assessments levied. by the Village Council. of Falcon Heights on February 13, 1963 for the improvement of the Village of Falcon Heights by the construction of curbs and gutters on Iowa Avenue, and VdHEREAS, upon re-checking the list of such unpaid assessments, it was found that the owner of the above property, E. W. Mitsch of 1l~81 W„ Iowa Avenue, had paid to the Village Clerk on February 16, 1963 an amount of X125.00 in payment of said improvement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED DY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF r'ALCON HEIGHTS: 1. That assessment levied against property located at Pdorthome 2nd Addition, Lot 8, Block 11, Sec. 22 be removed from the assessment roll which was certified to the County Auditor under date of July 10, 1963. 2. That the Village Attorney will take the necessary steps to correct. Upon a vote being taken, the Village Council adopted. the above resolution. that Hansoms case was tried Schmitt (the sewer contractor} by Black that the Council adopt and forward same to the County Off--Street Parking - Black advised that the Planning Commission has approved the Amendment to Zoning Proposed. Parking Ordinance. Ordinance #6~.: Galvin recommended that inasmuch as the Planning Commission has scheduled a meeting for April 1st, they could come to a decision for arranging for public hearing on Proposed Amendment to Ordinance No. 6~., at that meeting. Attorney Galvin will supply the Commission with suggested dates for such hearing. Proposed Subdivision Black advised that Planning Commission has made a few Ordinance No. 69: modifications and changes in the Proposed Subdivision Ordinance and with modifications and changes, approved of Proposed Subdivision Ordinance. Attorney wi11 review and present same for recommendation at the next meeting of the Village Council.
