As far as village charges are <br /> concerned, these ooffice-residence~ businesses will be <br /> charged on a family residential basis. <br />Ordinance No. 69 Black introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoptions <br />To Regulate the WHEREAS, Proposed Ordinance No. 69 has been recommended <br />Subdivision and for passage by the Planning Commission of the Village of `:`. <br />Flatting of Lands Falcon Heights, and <br />In the Village of <br />Falcon Heights WHEREAS, the Attorney for the Village of Falcon <br />Heights has been consulted in the preparation of proposed <br />Ordinance 69, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has held discussions to <br />consider adoption of Proposed Ordinance b9, <br />NOVA, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE V+~LLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIC~iTS THAT THE ~tDLLOWIlJG <br />ORDINANCE BE APPROVED FOR PASSAGES <br />ORDINANCE N0. 69 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE SUBDIVISION AND PLATTIldG OF <br />LANDS IN THE VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA <br />The Village Council of Falcon Heights ordains this <br />Ordinance as a subdivision ordinance and platting regulation <br />any( expressly repeals those platting regulations adopted the <br />15th day of August 1951 and recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County fn Book 296 of <br />Miscellaneous Records, page 11.1. <br />
