Upon a vote be~.ng taken thereon, the <br />falloaring was recorded: Ayes: Nilsen, Mortensen, <br />Warkentien, Black, and Stone, Nays: None, <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after its passage and publication. Enacted and <br />ordained into an ordinance this 8th day of April, 196I~. <br />Planning Commission <br />Hearing on Amend- <br />ment to Ordinance <br />No. 6!~ s <br />Clara Hanson Claim <br />against the Village <br />of Falcon Heights s <br />Lametti Construction <br />Compares -Sewers: <br />Hearing has been scheduled for April 21st, 196lt at 7s30 <br />P,~d. in the Village Hall to consider the following <br />amendment to Ordinance 6i~: <br />striking section 1?~.2 (2~.l~) of said ordinance which provides <br />3n part sMultiple Derel1.ings. At least one and three- <br />tenths (1.3) parking places per darelling unit. <br />and inserting in its place the following: <br />llt.2 :Multiple Dwellings. At one and one-half (1.5) <br />Parking places per dwelling unit, <br />Nilsen moved adoption of the following Resolution, <br />Mortensen seconded: <br />RAEREAS, it has been alleged that Clara Hanson <br />was inured in a fall in the Village of Falcon Heights <br />on or about December 17, 1963, and <br />WHF,REAS, it has been alleged that the Village of <br />Falcon Heights may be liable in all or in part for the <br />inuries sustained by Clara Hansom, and <br /> <br />1 <br />AREAS the claim of Clara Hanson against the Village <br />of Falcon Heights has been referred to the Mutual Insurance Company <br />of St. Paul, Minnesota, who is the service insurer of the <br />Village under the provisions of a Comprehensive Public <br />Liability Policy, and <br />~IHEREA,S, it appears that Mutual Service Insurance <br />Company has made a full and exhaustive investigation <br />of the alleged claim and have denied the same, <br />NOW, ?.fiEREFORE, SS IT RESOLVED that the Village of <br />Falcon Heights hereby deny the claim of Clara Hanson <br />which was filed with the Clerk of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights on January 16, 196lt, alleging that said claimant <br />had received inuri.es on or about December 17, 1963, in <br />or on the public way in the Vi7.lage of Falcon Heights, and <br />further that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to <br />the claimant's attorney as notice of the denial. of said <br />claim. <br />Upon a wte being taken thereon, the resolution was adopted <br />by the Village Council this 8th day of April' 196it. <br />Attorney Galvin advised Council of status of possible futEZre <br />claims against Lam®tti, as regards statutes of limitations. <br />
